Terms and Conditions

Prices

Prices may vary occasionally, however once your order for handmade cards or wedding stationery has been placed, rest assured that the price agreed at the time of placing your order will not change.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required after your sample proof(s) have been signed off, which allows us to proceed with the production of your wedding stationery.  The balance of your order will then be due 4 weeks prior to the remaining items being dispatched.

Cancellations and Refunds

In the event of a cancellation, we will retain our 50% deposit if the final proofs have been agreed.  We reserve the right to retain the total order amount if the cancellation is received at any stage after agreement of the final proofs.

Delivery

We will outline the postage and packing charge in your quotation, which will only be what it costs us!  We send all our deliveries with guaranteed Next Day signed delivery to ensure that your wedding stationery reaches you with complete peace of mind.  In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit, it is the client's responsibility to notify us within 24 hours.  In addition, we shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the receiving of your goods due to circumstances beyond our control, i.e. strike action etc.

Proof-reading

Clients are responsible for thoroughly checking all text/wording proofs sent to them for any errors or inaccuracies.  Manufacture will only commence once we have received sign off on any proof.

What is included?

The price you pay includes artwork, printed inserts and envelopes/presentation boxes, where applicable.

Additional Items

We will endeavour to supply any additional items you may require.

Materials

All our wedding stationery is individually handmade and therefore may vary slightly from one item to another.  Please also note that colours may vary from their appearance on our website.
