Can I order samples?

Of course, and even better, we do not charge for our samples.  You may request a maximum of 3 samples without charge.

Do you have a minimum order value?

We have no minimum order value, which means you can order as much or as little as you like, enabling you to keep within any budget you may have set.

How do I place an order?

We want to ensure that ordering your stationery is as seamless and stress-free as possible.  In the first instance, please email or telephone us with your initial requirements.  We will contact you immediately on receipt to confirm your request and talk through the details.  It's that simple!

How many of each item should I order?

This detail is really up to you, however we can offer our advice on what you may wish to consider:

Invitations and Reply Cards - One per household.

Thank You Cards - One per household, however you may want to consider your hairdresser, florist etc.

Order of Service - One per guest/couple and remember to consider any organist or musicians you may have.

Menus - One per 5 to 10 guests, depending on table size and layout.

Place Cards - One per guest.

How long will my order take?

As everything is made to order, the time it will take to craft your stationery will largely depend on design and quantity.  As a guidance, we generally ask for a 6 to 8 week allowance, with a little more for bespoke designs.  However, if your order is urgent then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I pay for my order?

At present, we accept cheques or postal orders. 

Can you design stationery specifically for me?

Definitely.  We love nothing more than working with our client to understand their vision for their wedding day, then producing stationery to complement that in both colour and design.
